Word of advice to business owners and craftsman ...

some sound advice too
Business owners and Craftsman 
who use the internet for business or help promote themselves on it...
do not stand on your own soapbox and boast and cheer your company
services and product on ...
after awhile people catch on to that crap.
Allow good old fashioned service to the customer do the cheering for you
and allow the word to spread thru normal channels.
and be prepared for the CUSTOMERS you decide to screw over if need be 
or just the ones that cannot be pleased.
regardless
the POWER on the Internet is there for all to use and see and read.
  Many venues for checking on people and items for sale etc.
I have always said ... please one customer and go above and beyond in a bad
customer service or product issue and you will be lucky to hear about it 
being told too ten people or less...
PISS A CUSTOMER OFF... SCREW EM GOOD AND WATCH OUT
they will STOP and tell HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE 
about their situation and screwing by THE PERSON OR COMPANY
that WRONGED THEM
and truthfully that is how it should work.
 The Internet has not only allowed communications to the very corners of the world...
but has allowed the TRUTH to be told when blocked by governments and people.
  Many websites and services out there that allow us to share the word or review
of a product or service.
  Then we have the forums ... if ya do not want to see the mud slinging 
and name calling and even anal behavior that goes on in these FORUMS ...
do not go there or most importantly do not use the FORUMS  to roll in ya 
soapbox on wheels and promote your business and expect not to hear about 
it when the NEGATIVE SITUATION OCCURS.
  Back in the old days they used tar n feathers or a fence rail and sometimes a rope
to stop what was considered poor behavior on the part of an area businessman
or person.
   today... IT GETS DONE ON THE EVENING NEWS OR ON THE INTERNET
grow up and do right by the customers and hope the internet allows more customers
to learn about your quality service or products.
  do not cry like a baby when a customer who gets SCREWED lets other people know.
