Problems

Problems with one of the new meds Hopkins thru into the drug cocktail.
Today walking was more painful and my legs falling asleep / going numb more.
Driving difficult because I cannot FEEL the pedals ...
and well , with all the new meds I should not be driving anyhow.
my point...
Everyday is a challenge for me ... try to function and find stuff to do.
Somehow feel worthy or useful ... that is real hard to do.
Not what I know how to do anymore ...it is what I am capable of doing.
Stayed up very late last night ... and slept... so tired not even the nightmares came this time.
Like to hear one of these days ... that King Gunsmith decides to DO THE RIGHT THING.
At 6 pm tonite I had over 2050 blog views here ... alot of people seeing what he did wrong.
TIME HE MADE IT RIGHT ...
My days are full of enough pain and problems without people like him taking away
the small amounts of JOY I am able to find.
Abuse the cripple ... what Sunday school class taught him that ...

Message

Got a message this morning on one of the black powder forums.
Seems a man who had known Tony did not know of his passing back in 2008. The poor man had thought Tony was just ignoring him.

Hope I informed him nicely enough about Tony's death ...
What did strike me funny was he said Tony had traded with him
so he could get a rifle so his BOYS could get into shooting too.
Out of the blue , years after his death ... I am once again reminded to water the garden and help the young shooters grow.
Reminded of how my friend Tony taught me many things and how he is a part of me today.
This is my message that I am doing the right thing by giving away more rifles in Tony's name. It is what he would have wanted. I know that now for sure...
You will never leave my thoughts or my heart Tony Santamarina.

Really want to thank everyone for coming to this blog of mine ...
currently at 1720 views for the month of October and that is past
the 1700 mark I WANTED TO SEE.

was a FINE RIFLE built for his crippled friend in Maryland.
He did me WRONG ... and REFUSED to rebuild it.

Last Hawk

This was the last tomahawk I made ...
My accident does not allow me to hold things too well anymore.
For years I made and gave them to friends and smaller ones made for the KIDDS.
All made from scratch , not some kit... by the way.
Not once did a customer get BIG ATE WOOD or JUNK.

waiting now for over 4 weeks , for knifemaker Daniel Koster to send out my refund
for a nessmuk knife he could not produce... time came and no knife.
Just cannot get it together one way or the other...
Said he needed 2 weeks to get it together and send my refund out...
now over 4 weeks
and have seen nothing.
NO KNIFE NO REFUND NOTHING
Recently did business with another knifemaker who had fallen behind and my knife was about a month over due ... he delivered as promised and with an honest excuse to the delay.
He delivered a fine product and I hope his father gets better soon.
I want my refund from DANIEL KOSTER of Koster Knives.
time he made good... 100's of customers have sent him deposits and full payments
and he cannot cough up my refund... paid him back in June... and he did not deliver.
WORD WILL GET OUT... THAT MUCH I DO KNOW.
Look at me ... SCREWED TWICE IN ONE MONTH BY CUSTOM MAKERS. WOW

Nice Knife

Got my Woodie Knife today from Sugar Creek Knifeworks ... Mike does some fine
work indeed.
Had to wait a wee bit longer since he is caring for his sick father.
No big deal and well worth the wait...
he does a superb job finishing the scales and the overall fit n finish is superb.
Looking forward to doing some woods work with it and see how she fits mee hand and how the edge holds up.
I got a scandi grind and it has a small secondary grind that will vanish when I sharpen it...
man does TOP NOTCH WORK ... check him out... on the internet.

Time now too decide what to do with the donations made towards TONY'S RIFLE
that will never be built ...
no list was kept of donations by me , since I was not the one receiving
the actual donations.
Money has started to be repaid to the point something can be done

THE THREAD WAS DELETED TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH THE SMITH.

he knows I was screwed by THE GUNSMITH and chooses to side with The POS ...  YEARS back a family member stole HAWG'S guns ... I sent him one for free
in the mail. When he got a custom HAWKEN rifle , I sent him a handmade shooting
bag. treated him like a brother and a friend... and THIS IS HOW HE RETURNS IT.
WELL THAT BITES ... AND IS NOT RIGHT ... they can all PACK SAND.
If that is all the better they are .... to hell with them. ... all this does is fuel it baby.

he spliced wood in both sides of the stock
and you can see it but it looks so much better

than glue n saw dust ... can't even see it in this picture. Honestly a better gunsmith thanTHE GUY WHO BUILT HIMSELF HIS OWN THRONE... and cobbled his own crown ... out of nothing more than

the gunsmith aka screw-up tried to say the nose cap must have been damaged during transit ...
had to ask him ..."How did the cracks there get filled in with the same wax stuff used back on the poorly fitted butt stock ? WAX used all over the gun to hide gaps n cracks ...
