Her care will now be directed by the PULSE OF HER PURSE. What is she , acceptable casualties for being too close to the INJURED WORKER. People committing SUICIDE while on work comp , dealing with the pain and frustration of not receiving MEDICAL CARE or benefits... a BASIC HUMAN RIGHT.  and in all fairness to my current attorney ... he has now tried for over 7 months
to END MY SUFFERING ...wanted to close my case / claim without a long
drawn out process.
  I honestly think this INSURANCE CO IWIF has delayed and stalled
all forward motion in HOPE that my damaged heart would finally stop.
  I have a local heart doctor and a local neurologist practice
that have CLEARLY caused harm and both will face LAWSUITS
in the future.
 along with legal action against the attorney who QUIT my case weeks before
court last year when ALL I WANTED WAS HELP FOR HEART ISSUES
and refused to PLAY IN THE SANDBOX ... and play HIS GAME.
 I have the basic human right too medical care ...and passing out during

  Last time I passed out I fell into a chair and HIT the exposed nerve on

 well today marks my 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of being electrocuted and surviving a fatal accident
on the job.
 I spent the day combating MOTHER NATURE and the minus 3 degree temps at dawn and all the
fresh snow on the ground and roadways.
 Noticed this afternoon when I sat for heat and coffee how the SLIGHTEST MOVEMENT of my
body causes pain.
Dealing with too much ... to be forgotten by the WORK COMP SYSTEM and all the powers that be
like the MARYLAND GOVERNOR ...Whom is well aware of my situation and  I see no help
or movement to CLOSE MY CLAIM AND SETTLE MY CASE.
I have begged for over 7 months now for a settlement so I CAN SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION using my Blue Cross
insurance and cannot do so until this matter with the STATE OF MARYLAND is closed.
Since June of last year... waiting for something to happen.
Today I had an email forwarded to me by a SENATOR , from the MARYLAND WORK COMP COMMISSION... Their Secretary clearly states ...
that  NO SETTLEMENT PAPERWORK has been filed with the commission on my behalf. Nothing filed since last year.
I am not being told the truth ... my basic human rights violated time and again for  5 YEARS NOW.
Why is it allowed to continue ? The state hiding behind it's own work comp system.
  My right to medical care ignored, blocked and denied time and again.
Like last January when my mental health therapist fell ill and had to retire DURING ongoing treatment
and he clearly reported and stated MY THERAPY NEEDED TO CONTINUE ... Has gone ignored
now for over a year. IGNORED
Reported to two different nurse case managers the heart issues and problems and PROMISED HELP
time and again for YEARS and saw none. NOTHING ... told them about the local heart doctor
refusing to treat after passing out multiple times or issues with the heart skipping and stopping
1000's of times daily or a hrate of 150 or 160 sitting in an easy chair relaxed.
The abuse of my rights cannot be hidden behind a broken and corrupt work comp system...where an
employee cannot SUE an employer for their accident. The oldest work comp law in the nation
that outlines MEDICAL TREATMENT and no need to sue ... and what happens.
The injured worker has to hire an attorney to combat the work comp insurer and the state
to secure NEEDED MEDICAL CARE and benefits as an injured worker.
 5 YEARS and dozens of letters and emails to GOVERNOR O'MALLEY and other politicians
across the nation ... and to other people 
and figure heads. Letters to Hollywood stars and Politicians and even a few letters to the
White House and the President of the United States who has an active interest in
every Americans health care and THEIR RIGHT TO HEALTH CARE.
  My injuries are very real. Like the 6 inch SURGICAL scar across my right elbow when the current
burned and damaged the nerves to my right arm. My point of contact. * PICS IN THIS BLOG
 The exixt wound in the middle of my back LEFT UNTREATED the day of my accident by
the local hospital. A third degree burn ! Now a nice deep hole you could lay a golf ball on.
This burn , that  when a cyst formed and it would not heal and infection was present I had to fight
for surgery to correct. Cysts are very common in burn injuries after they have healed FYI.
This right arm where surgery was DENIED FOR MONTHS when it was clearly told the
insurance co it was needed asap to save the use of my arm. SURGERY DENIED the day before it
was scheduled. Not by writing in a letter with a reason , just a phone call the afternoon before surgery
to have the DOCTORS OFFICE LOOSE A SURGICAL SLOT FOR THAT DAY.
That makes them want to REALLY TREAT the next work comp patient now doesn't it ...
Yesterday morning the arm WENT DEAD for over 45 minutes... no feeling at all or control
from my shoulder down Pain has become worse these last few months and NO MEDICAL
TREATMENT has been allowed. My requests and cries go unheard.
 Like my heart... Passed out 6 times during the heart episodes and the local heart doctor
refused to treat. REFUSED and my wife sat and WITNESSED his refusal to treat after
passing out multiple times.
 Because he did not want to TREAT a work comp patient whom he had been TRICKED
to see back in 2009 when MD WORK COMP INSURANCE CO IWIF refused me all
medical treatment for a period of 4 months post accident. When the local heart doctor sent
them a report about my NOW DAMAGED HEART FROM THE ELECTROCUTION.
 4 MONTHS ... THE REFUSED ME MY BASIC RIGHT TO MEDICAL CARE
FOR AN ON THE JOB INJURY. 3 WITNESSES TO MY ACCIDENT
IWIF the insurance co waltzed into court April 2009 and pleaded NO CONTEST
for their denying my NEEDED medical treatment and all benefits. Had to give NO REASON
for their first attempt to do away with me. 
Too many MRI's and EMG nerve tests and xrays and exams CLEARLY support 
my injuries I now live with daily. Injuries NEVER treated like the compression fracture
in my thoracic spine or the multiple disc pushed out in my spine by the compression force
of being electrocuted. Squeezes the human body so hard discs get pushed out and long
bones break and fracture. I have a current count of 8 disc out in my neck and spine.
Two or three of which are causing unbearable pain and DYSFUNCTION. 
A state owned and run insurance co ... PLEADING NO CONTEST in a court
RUN BY THE STATE OF MARYLAND. See something wrong there ? I do ... bigtime 
  3 other employees/contractors also received electrical shocks after I took the FULL INITIAL
BLAST. I remember Frankie screaming like a little school girls when he got zapped. He thought
it was funny until it hit him. I still remember the arm going DEAD and the feeling that my insides
were jumping around like fish on the ground. I still have nightmares nightly from it all ... sometimes
multiple nightmares daily.
  I was promised a settlement last year , and saw nothing. Keep hearing promises and see nothing.
I do not have to wonder why ... since the first doctor in 2009 told me the INSURANCE COMPANY
WANTS YOU DEAD... it has been repeated multiple times by multiple doctors and professionals
along the way.
  The Maryland Governor's office will not reply ...I am not seeing any action

My wife who is currently fighting her own battle with cancer has to sit by and watch me suffer the
abuse and the VIOLATION OF MY HUMAN RIGHTS.
 The state of Maryland HIDES behind the corrupt system in place. Where their insurance company
IWIF and the injury attorneys play in their sandbox and USE the injured workers and nothing more
than GAME PIECES in the game , the mockery of the oldest WORKERS COMPENSATION SYSTEM
IN THE NATION.
 You cannot violate any single person's basic human right to medical care or mental health care
or to SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS AND HELP.
  MY HOME STATE OF MARYLAND IS TRYING TO BURY ME ...
and allow these injustices to go on , just PICK A NEW GAME PIECE from the current pile
of injured workers. We the injured workers are disposable and will be replaced to keep
profits high for the players on both sides of the sandbox.
  FYI The Industrial blower that electrocuted me , was condemned by the state of Maryland /MOSH.
IT IS STILL BEING USED TODAY along with the other blower capable of a much larger
charge of electricity. I was hit with an excess of 56,000 volts and it hurt then
and hurts more today as I write this.
 My heart doctor at Hopkins and my Neurologist and the Doctor treating me for the pain and
anxiety and brain damage to my memory ... ALL TOLD THE POWERS THAT BE
that Autonomic nerve damage has occurred and will eventually cause my death.
Why my heart rate is so erratic and is being chemically controlled daily... why my body functions
decline daily or my inability to control body temp etc. Autonomic Nerve Dysfunction cannot be
fixed. Make the patient comfortable until the wrong thing stops or quits working.
  Was told 7 years on the average for survival ... I have now used 5.
Anyone reading this , feel free to contact the MARYLAND GOVERNOR O'MALLEY
or any other person they think can help me.
Just like to die in LESS PAIN and feel I got some help before I lost my battle.
Leave something more for my wife other than bad memories of my abuse.

Goodbye my friend...

Well we all said goodbye to my friend , brother Bill.
One of the greatest men I have ever known... came home from Nam last
as his buddies came home before him in body bags.
Made his life count for something more than wasted time or a wasted life.
He did much for the elderly and the disabled and I was with him
many steps along the way to give him a hand down the path he took
so long ago.
Would have been nice if his son could have STOOD UP and spoke
some final words over his hero of a father.
May be hard to measure up in life beside a man like that , but no reason
not to say goodbye.
  People know how I felt about him.
He will be missed and more tears will come from time to time...
thankful his suffering is now over.
His long final walk down this path of life ended.
Now at rest and his spirit can watch over his family
me and all his other friends.
Till my end comes and we can be together once again.
Loved ya man and I will be there for Suzy for whatever she
may need.

Basic Human Rights

My BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS have been violated time and
again by the Workers Compensation System in place and the 
STATE OWNED INSURANCE CO , IWIF.
 My right to medical care ...stalled , delayed and even
denied time and again.
Like in 2009 , for over 4 months following my on the job
Electrocution ... all my benefits and rights DENIED...
and for no reason.
Insurance company pleaded no contest in court when 
confronted about their DIRECT ACTIONS to not 
allow me any medical care for my condition following
survival of ELECTROCUTION.
 Should have been dead and they wanted nails in my coffin.
I sit today , almost five years to the date of my accident.
 Still no proper medical care of any kind... mental health 
therapy denied and neglected now for OVER A YEAR...
  Commissioners playing the game in the sandbox
along with the attorneys and Insurance trolls.
  My right to MEDICAL CARE DENIED...
my right , and it is a RIGHT too SOCIAL SECURITY
ALSO being denied , blocked and taken away in bits
and pieces. 
  so what ... the state can save money.
BENEFITS I PAID FOR MY ENTIRE WORKING LIFE
 Now been since MARCH of last year since I saw any
benefit check for being DISABLED from an on the job
injury. Playing games with a living and breathing
human being.
 I have had multiple doctors and professionals tell me 
"the insurance company wants you to die " more than once
repeated by multiple people.
  All I want to do is craw away from it all now ... take 
a  crappy settlement and craw away and try
try to live my remaining months as pain free as possible
and free of the poking and prodding and GAMES.
  Been waiting 6 months now for a settlement... promises
broke... promises made again and still ,  NOTHING
 Nothing in hand.

  while my medical condition declines daily.
Autonomic Nerve Dysfunction slowly killing me 
while the bodies communication system breaks down.
  Looks like I will die forgotten and abused.
My rights as a human being violated by the very government
and people in place , WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT
MY RIGHTS.
  A fish , caught on line and hook have more rights than I do.
Do not play or mutilate the fish. Throw it back if it is too 
small or not in season.

Waiting is something that is OVER ...

Knapping or adjusting FLINTS

A word of warning too ...
when adjusting or knapping an edge back on rifle flints...
do not FIRE the action ... pull the trigger to see if it sparks WITH A LOADED GUN.
JUST BECAUSE THERE IS NO POWDER IN THE PAN IT CAN ... WILL GO OFF !
SPARK is what lights off the charge and the flint cutting metal ... MAKES SPARKS.

Use a brass hammer or rod ...when knapping so not to cause sparks especially if weapon
is loaded. Support the jaw of the lock with a finger of the left hand to not shock or stress
the lock itself.
  More than once ... I have had smart friends , shoot holes thru cabin wall ex. JEAN ...
OR shoot a load into the ground in a crowded camp.
Pull the load if need be ... do it SAFE.

Making a flinter go BOOM and not puffe' the right way.

Over the last few decades came across many manner of gun owners
and shooters... some pretty good ones and some in need of 
education.
 Doing it right with any firearm is important but to get the most
out of a flintlock you have to do your part.
 Start with the flint , a good sharp flint ready to shave metal off 
the frizzen. That is what is does.
Forget the pretty saw cut agate flints... hard to knapp back without
a grinder and they are super hard n ruin a frizzen real fast.
English flint be the best... plenty of various flints can be had
from other regions that will work just as well.
 Keep the flint sharp by learning how to knapp an edge back..
and CLEAN ... keep a ragg or pc. of clothe handy to wipe the burnt
crud off flint between shots.
Make sure it is tight in the jaws , and square to the frizzen so it 
takes a wide path of metal off.
   Now if ya have one of them cheap imported guns ... I feel for ya.
May want to think about converting too caps or clean it good 
and hand on the wall.
 You may be able to replace the lock which will take care 
of most issues right there... your choice.
Many times if the cheap lock functions you can replace or shoe 
the frizzen and get decent sparks.
  It is a flintlock capable of fast lock time and near instant
ignition. IT IS NOT A CANNON ... so do not drill out the touch
hole so the powder can flow in. NOT A FUSE ... it is a touch hole.
  SPARK ... from burning powder is supposed to shoot into the hole
and ignite the powder in the breech.
  Use good dry powder in the pan. 3F does work , I would never 
use anything any larger. 4 F WORKS BETTER because it ignites
faster and easier due mainly to an increase in surface area.
 I have used as fine as 7f pan powder during competition to give
me an edge. 
 When you go to LOAD the flintlock , place a touch hole cleaner or wire into the touch hole all the way into the breech and leave in 
place during loading.
 Once loading is done... remove pick.
Now is when you PRIME the pan of the lock.
  Filling it all the way is another mistake commonly made... heard 
many who fill it full and make sure the powder flows into touch hole , so it goes off. Through the huge hole they made with the 1/4 HS metal bit.
   not the right way to do it... at all
  Prime the pan by just filling it 1/3 too 1/2 full ... no more.
Have you frizzen stall in place till ready to fire and on half cock
for safety...while walking or waiting to shoot. PLEASE
  Right before you get ready to shoot ... tilt flintlock to the right
so prime powder slides away... thats AWAY from the touch hole.
Want some air between the prime and touch hole ... 
so the SPARK has plenty of room to jump on in the hole.
  Southpaws with lefties , tilt the other way.
Practice makes perfect and in the use of a flintlock you will find
that with a decent quality arm and YOUR DOING YOUR PART... 
it will go off without a hitch time after time.
  Lock time will speed up from when you were using 3f and 
had the touch hole bored out , if ya headed down that path.
  This works... and it works well. Was taught to me many many
years ago by one of the best WOODSMAN and black powder 
nuts I know.
  Took me a few days to get it all down too habit ... and remember
not to skip steps etc. I learn slow ... but when I attempt to learn 
about something and how to do it. I end up doing it right.
  Now if ya want to load the pan full and drill out touch holes 
and so on ... want to thank you for the chance to kill the deer
you went POOFE' AT ... instead of BOOM.

near 1000 I figure
some real SUN DRY bags and some pure works of ART.
Not once have I seen one of mine , center pieced on any
CONTEMPORARY website.

TVM Southern rifle

Decided it was time to put a 45 flinter back on the rack here... since the last one went into the hands
of the grandson and has NEVER been shot with his grandpa...
got my doubts whether he even still has it and all the gear/truck that went with it.
Sure was a fine 45 Leman too. ALL CUSTOM BUILT.
No other gun like it ... 
TVM hasa 45 flinter just right for my needs and soon should arrive.
I just need to take more pics of my gear n toys.
  wanted something that spit less lead and used less powder
Every bit saved means another shot later on ... maybe another meal
if times turn worse.
  can't get much worse for some
   thinking I may have to stitch up a new feed bag for this rifle... be real slow
going with these hands... but I have a new bad design idea... one that needs 
made at least once.
 I have been dealing with TVM for some time now and this will be like my 6th long
gun from em... along with parts help and conversation.
If ya need a nice smoke pole or fowler gun , they be fine people to deal with.

Just want to say GOODBYE to the bestest friend and pal I have ever had.
Bill Feuerstein will be missed by me and the family for many years to come.
  His battle with cancer now over... his suffering ended.
Prayers for his family and all of the friends and families brought together 
by Bill's smile and love of the people he called "FRIENDS"... family.
  Loved that man ... no better friend could ever have been had !
One day we can enjoy time together, once again... and again.
When we both can feel young again.

Guess the only way my E WESSON BOXLOCK will ever see good wood ... is to replace it
myself.
I have to QUESTION the safety aspect of bug ate wood used in the build...
and LIABILITY involved.

Up too speed ...

well to bring newcomers up to speed and allow old friends to remember.
I am an ELECTROCUTION survivor from an on the job injury 1-22-09.
For almost 5 years now I have been abused and given POOR medical treatment
and made to PLAY THE GAME ... the comp system has been turned into by the
insurance co's and the attorneys who PLAY IN THE SANDBOX with them to make
EASY MONEY.
At the pain n suffering of the INJURED human beings ... put into the GAME.
  I was a highly skilled Millwright / Maint supervisor at the paper mill I had worked
at for twenty years or so.
 Accomplished wood worker and metal worker all my life till the accident changed all
that.
  Been into hunting and sports my whole life and always excelled at everything I attempted...
and QUIT what I could not ...

Leatherwork and other crafts pertaining too the TRADITIONAL MUZZLE LOADING
sports was a life long skill now lost too nerve damage and pain.
 At one time , one of the best MARKSMAN in the area with any form of rifle.
Now... I use a fowler... for more important shots like MEAT.
  Actually qualified for the NATIONALS one year many moons ago ...
Living in Western Maryland for now... last twenty some years or more along the creek
here west of Hagerstown.
Like it well enough but the upkeep is killing this crippled old man.
  Got a wife around here somewhere who is currently winning her fight with BREAST
CANCER... get them tattas checked women ... YEARLY and by a  GOOD DOCTOR
AND EVEN BETTER RADIOLOGIST.
 THEY ARE THE ONES THAT MISS STUFF.
  Donated  a truck to the NMLRA for their groundskeeping needs .this past year with the help of that Mongrel Gunsmith ...
Mike Lange... he and I kissed and made up. He is cute but now spoken for by some girl.
  I think he is well on his way to becoming one of the best known TRADITIONAL MUZZLE
LOADING RIFLE BUILDERS in the past 25 years. He has a NITCH in the market , filling
the needs for the common man wanting a good rifle at a reasonable price.
 CHOOSE YOUR WEAPON ... can do it for ya on a budget.
Trying to finish my meager collection of arms with a 45 cal rifle and maybe a 54 cal flinter too.
Been thinking a 40 cal may be fun too

Diagnosed with Autonomic Nerve Dysfunction and it is a slow painful death ... one day closer

  Caused by the 56,000 volt electrocution ...
which I think I survived.

Belle bo baby ...

you all should remember Belle bo baby ... the Arkansas rescue .
  well here she is this past November during HEART WORM TREATMENT... which was very
costly and caused me some tears. Watching her go thru the tests and treatment.
  cheaper to treat monthly folks ... I know
anyhow ... she plumpered up a wee bit from the roids she was on and all the xtra love
and treats.
  She is now breathing much better and running better too.
not a pitbull she isa CATAHOULA LEOPARD HOUND
  and she gives kisses and wiggles her butt good.

Newest family member ... Ziggy

This is Ziggy woo' , his nic name... actually Zigfreid Von Coleman .
  now 1 year going on 4 months... so like 15 months old.
Huge now ... this was taken back over the summer after a hot play session outside.
  Now pushing 100 pounds and it is all MUSCLE too ... no fat.
runs like a horse and stumbles like a cow.
  Welcome addition to our home too ... he loves Cookie bunches and is
my shadow. DAY and Night he is by my side... regardless time or place.

Life Continues ... same slow pace... Different day !

 People have been worried and emailed me etc.
Close friends know this has been a hard past year and HOPE a better year coming.
My heart caused some pretty serious issue last year and thanks too JOHNS HOPKINS
and one special doctor... got it back skipping better than before.
  Lost my father in law this past year ,  too old age and depression ... just a few days after finding out the wife
had cancer. BREAST CANCER... caught early on THANK GOD.
Still lost one ... and has made a decent recovery.
  My bestest friend in the whole world lays on his deathbed , dying of widespread
cancer. Few days and he will be gone.
Another NAM vet gone... never forgotten.
  Never did get any REPLACEMENT WOOD for that Wesson rifle... STOLZER MADE.
Pisses me off every time I handle it ... or even look at it.
  Waiting now MONTHS for this WORK COMP INSURANCE CO to settle...numbers
are in but they do not WANT TO RELEASE THE CASH BABY.
THEY WILL
  if you get hurt BAD on the job... HIRE A GOOD ATTORNEY WHO WANTS
A BIG HARD TO GET SETTLEMENT. good advice too
  Think current count is 8 disc out in my back along with the arthritis ...
set in good from 5 years of being crippled up n all.
  Right arm slowly declines...
I still walk unassitted most days too

I am still alive and kicking for now ... not that some would wish different ... RIGHT CS.
  Plenty of money in the bank and more going in all the time ... nice annuity along with
settlement.
  Paying various attorneys to handle MATTERS and clear up the WRONGS
done me over the last 5 years.
  only thing the bottom suckers are good for...
 that and being CAR SALESMAN when they cannot pass the BAR.
