slander is not speaking TRUE statements or reviewing of a poorly built custom rifle.
Slander is not speaking about the QUALITY of a rifle build ... or adding to an
already existing thread on any web forum.
  We have places like the BBB and consumer affairs etc
where WE CAN MAKE ONLINE REVIEWS OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS
for all to see and read on the big old WWW.
  places like Amazon where you can read reviews of an item PRIOR TO SALE
and made available to those after the sale to POST their feelings or concerns.
  I have copies of emails and letters etc.
where the KIND GUNSMITH refused to MAKE THE RIFLE RIGHT
money or a refund cannot buy back the time a DYING MAN has used waiting
for something he paid for and GOT in piss poor condition.
  Pictures do not lie ... nor does the written reports from two well known gunsmiths
that built their reputations on hard work and their past actions.
  A careful 1/4 sectioning of the stock on my custom built rifle will show the
EXTENT of the DEFECT in the wood.
 Not a defect ... when the condition of the wood dictated it be placed in the wood stove
and not on the tang of a custom built rifle.
  No communication of this said "DEFECT" prior to the close of the build and sale.
none whatsoever
an actual admission of guilt for not COMMUNICATING to the customer about the
said defect... covering up of work ate wood not fit for a BB GUN.
  The issue of safety a real concern when the wood breaks away from just handling
the firearm. Liability is in serious question here ... INDEED.
  Stock wood SELECTED from prime inventory stock from a well known stock wood
dealer , that CONFIRMED the wood was delivered BUT the wood in the custom
rifle build was NOT THE WOOD PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER.
 FACT
TOO MANY FACTS TO PROVE STATEMENTS MADE NOW AND IN THE PAST
ARE TRUE AND TRUE STATEMENTS MADE IN PUBLIC IN ANY DOMAIN
OR SPOKEN IN PRIVATE ARE NOT SLANDER.
  the BEST JUDGE OF A MAN are his ACTIONS and that is what we are all judged by
in court and when we enter the Kingdom of GOD to be judged and have our names wrote upon
the lambskin for the final time.
  I may have two years left to live with my condition and most of that will be spent in too
much pain and a level of dysfunction I do not want to even think about.
I will be dammed if I will be labeled a LIAR or be accused of SLANDER for speaking
the TRUTH.
  NO WAY ... AND I WILL FIGHT IT WITH MY LAST DYING BREATH
AND WILL THE LAST DOLLAR IN MY FIST.
 These are my words of LIFE and my words of DEATH are already proven by my past
and future actions.
 My Irish blood... does not allow me to FORGIVE those who took from me with a smile
on their face while they pat themselves on their own back for the world to see
