Customer service ...Rotten apples

in the last month or so.
I have seen customer service thrown into the crapper by two different business men.
Waiting now over 5 weeks on a refund from a knife maker,
who has had my money since the beginning of JUNE... what 5 months for a knife that would take 12 weeks to make.
Seen what is going on ... money needed to survive and build product today that was paid for months prior. That money is gone
on survival months ago... a wicked cycle indeed.
Seen refusal to make a product right ...
customer service is in the crapper and business men like that
give the internet a bad reputation.
There are nice honest people out there to deal with ...some good knife makers are... Gray wolf Knives and JK Handmade knives
and SUGAR CREEK KNIFEWORKS is a fella who is super to deal with. A very honest hard working man who delivers a fine knife indeed.
Guess I have been lucky to deal with some fine people but dealing with one seriously rotten person spoils it.
Sorta like a rotten apple spoils the bushel , toss it out.
THE INTERNET SHOULD DO THE SAME ... TOSS OUT THE ROTTEN APPLES.
