Seems to be alot of discussion and legal action and legal footprints being made on the internet... thanks too blogs and tweets and other social media areas.
The constitutional right of speech and/or expression is being put in question.
Cannot say this or badger them or continue an attack ... all kinds of things being said or done.
Apple computer going as far as suing or trying to sue customers for complaining.

Now if somebody is saying something nice or doing something to PRAISE or give a good review ... that is all well and good.
But ... even if a person is speaking the truth and keeping to the facts ... but giving a a bad review or making a complaint / a rant or rave ... telling it like it is or warning people to be careful ... they are being FORCED TO SHUT UP ... keep it to themselves.
NO THANK YOU ... I DO NOT AGREE ... THE TRUTH GOOD OR BAD SHOULD BE TOLD.
If the internet can be used for positive back slapping comments it should also be allowed to PLANT A SWIFT KICK IN SOMEONE'S ASS for messing up or offering
a bad service or product.
NOBODY THREATENS TO SUE FOR GOOD REVIEWS ...
they should not be allowed to do so when a BAD ONE COMES UP.

Think if a man makes a poorly constructed product , a custom made product and uses inferior or bad materials (knowingly) and sends it out to a customer who HE KNOWS HAS A BLOG and does go on the same forums etc.

Almost like he was looking for the FIGHT and was setting them up TO BE SUED. think about it
