Looking for the legal term ... on the tip of my tongue.

A man knowingly builds a poor product and even trumps up not only the quality of it ,
but builds up the whole thing ...
does so for a customer he knows has a blog and posts on the internet forums.
A MAN NOT AFRAID TO SPEAK HIS MIND.
Delivers the product and waits ...
waits for what he planned for , predicted would happen.
Waits for the customer too complain and even eggs him on ...
so he can SUE... take legal action.
for what ? Monetary gain maybe ?
That I do not know ...
but it does seem to explain a lot .
Premeditated , that's the word ... deliberate planning of well a felony really.
Not a random customer , one he proclaimed openly as a friend ... and knew well.
Almost all a little too neat and easy if you ask me.
my theory ... no names... just a theory of mine.
Pretty sure it can be made to fit too well ... just right actually.
